Restaurant trends come and go, but traditions last a lifetime – in The Varsity’s case, several lifetimes.

Since 1928, when Frank Gordy first committed to serving farm fresh food that was consistently delicious, fast and fun to eat, more than four generations of Georgians have grown up eating quality Varsity hot dogs, chili steaks and sides. Famous movie stars gave us four stars, and big name politicians gave us their vote. As Atlanta blossomed into a major international hub, our reputation spread around the world.
