The Varsity’s Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Varsity. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

 


 

Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Perishable goods 

  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)

 


 

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at giftshop@thevarsity.com or call (404) 881-1706 Extension 7 to initiate a return.

  2. We will provide return shipping instructions.

  3. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 


 

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company.

  • If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at giftshop@thevarsity.com.

 


 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at giftshop@thevarsity.com.
