We will remain cashless at all locations, accepting debit and credit cards only for the time . We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate the outpouring of support we have received from our communities during this challenging time and we are excited to see our tables filled with our valued guests once again.

Coronavirus/COVID-19 Statement

The Varsity, Inc. et. al

The Varsity is committed to ensuring the health and safety of our customers and employees at all times, and especially during the ongoing threat of a Coronavirus COVID-19 illness outbreak. We follow strict state public health guidelines from the Georgia Department of Public Health at all times, which includes asking sick employees to stay home and putting safety protocols in place to address, and respond to, employee illness. Any employee reporting to work with acute respiratory symptoms will be sent home and not allowed to work.

We will follow all CDC guidelines to mitigate the transmission of viruses such as COVID-19, flu, or other respiratory illness.

Out of an abundance of caution, all contact surfaces will be regularly sanitized with an antibacterial solution. Employees are required to follow all existing handwashing and sanitation practices.

Special attention is being given to high contact surfaces. Throughout the day handrails, door handles, service counters, tables, chairs, and restrooms are being continuously sanitized.

We know that the situation is rapidly changing, and we ask that our customers do their part to prevent the spread of the virus by taking proper hygiene measures, as outlined by the CDC.

Dining Room Closings

In the interest of protecting the health and safety of the community, we have decided we will be serving customers in the drive-thru only during business hours at all of our locations outside the Metro Atlanta area. Our Atlanta location, on North Avenue, will be serving customers in the Drive-In as well as through limited, carry-out only counter service. These modifications to operations are subject to change as the situation develops. We are working hard to keep everyone who comes in contact with our establishments safe.

In addition to our normal intensive cleaning practices, we are taking even more steps to provide a safe environment, including appointing team members who are responsible solely for sanitizing all surfaces and items that come in contact by touch throughout the duration of service hours. We continue to follow strict state public health guidelines from the Georgia Department of Public Health at all times, which includes asking sick employees to stay home and putting safety protocols in place to address, and respond to, employee illness. Any employee reporting to work with acute respiratory symptoms will be sent home and not allowed to work.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during this challenging time. We are vigilantly monitoring the unfolding situation concerning Covid-19 and will continue to operate in the best interest of our team, guests, and vendors. We will provide updates when they become available.
